I’m Caroline Ellis, a Dallas-based realtor and designer with a passion for helping people find homes they love, sell their homes for top value, and create spaces that feel intentional and beautiful.

Growing up in as a Brazilian-American in Miami, I have always had a love for culture. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. From a young age, I loved exploring homes, noticing the details that reflected each person’s personality, and imagining how spaces could be elevated and made to feel truly lived in.

Before moving to Dallas, I worked in finance in Miami. I helped clients with wealth strategies and mortgage possibilities. I also became a real estate investor at the age of 23, which gave me hands-on experience and a deep appreciation for the power of homeownership. At the age of 25, I did my first home renovation on my investment property, and have fell in love with all aspects of interior design. I believe everyone has a story, and their space should reflect it!

Since relocating to Dallas, I’ve helped clients buy, sell, and invest in homes all across the metroplex. I combine market knowledge, financial expertise, and design sensibility to guide every step of the process. This ensures homes are not only a smart investment but also beautiful spaces to live in.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me decorating my own home, exploring Dallas neighborhoods, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends, or my pup Java!
